OK, here’s how this works.
Once we receive your device, we will send a notification of receipt email. After some administrative processing, you will receive another email from your personal technician who is handling the repair. There may be some additional emails or phone calls to ensure we are communicating the needs of your repair and meeting your expectations. Upon completion a final email will be sent confirming your item is being shipped with tracking number. Repair times will vary due to the complexity and type of device.

We understand that sometimes accidental damage is more severe than dropping your device. Corners get dented, surfaces become deeply scratched, or the entire back plate/cover just isn’t flat anymore. This is typically associated with another repair for glass/screen or LCD. No worries, we will replace the back case with the same color or another factory color you select – just let us know (typical repair is same color back plate as received). If you have any questions about the repair, just give us a call and we can answer them.
Please note that the replacement backplate may not have any writing, serial number, or logo.
