iResQ Central Account

The iResQ Pilot Program offers schools an effective way to experience our repair services before making a long-term commitment. It is designed to give your organization a clear, firsthand look at how we operate from start to finish while earning your trust and confidence through reliable and quality repairs, responsive and clear communication, and a seamless overall experience.

FREE bulk box shipped to you

iResQ will assist your school by providing a free bulk shipping box upon request, designed to hold either 5 or 10 devices. Once the request is submitted, we will prompty ship the box to your location along with a complete return kit, including packing materials, a prepaid return label, and other assorted items. This makes it easy and convenient for your team to safely send in devices for repair.

Enter damaged devices into iResQ Central and ship

Entering damaged devices into the iResQ Central portal is quick and easy. Simply enter the device’s serial number and the device type or make/model and choose the issue from a convenient dropdown menu. Once everything is filled out, click “Submit Repair” to start the process. Then, pack the devices securely in the provided bulk box, affix the prepaid return label, and ship it to iResQ. Your repair journey is officially underway!

Arrival and notification

When your shipment reaches iResQ, our intake team scans each device and instantly triggers an email confirming receipt. Simultaneously, the device’s status in your iResQ Central portal changes from “In Transit” to “Received,” giving you and your staff real-time visibility as it moves through the process. You will continue to see updates in iResQ Central, as well as receive emails notifying you when key decisions need to be made, or major status updates occur.

Diagnostic with parts and pricing provided

Each device is carefully diagnosed by a certified technician to identify all issues and required repairs. A detailed diagnosis report is then generated, outlining the necessary parts and the estimated repair cost. This report is sent directly to your email and is also posted in the iResQ Central portal for your review and approval, ensuring full transparency before any work begins.

Repair approval, completion, and return shipment

Once repair is approved, our technicians complete the work using high-quality parts, after which the device passes through our quality control department for final testing and inspection. This ensures the repair meets our rigorous standards before it’s returned. The device is then packed for shipment, and a final shipping notification is sent by email. Full tracking details are also available in the iResQ Central portal, allowing you to monitor the return all the way back to your location.
