OK, here’s how this works.
Once we receive your device, we will send a notification of receipt email. After some administrative processing, you will receive another email from your personal technician who is handling the repair. There may be some additional emails or phone calls to ensure we are communicating the needs of your repair and meeting your expectations. Upon completion a final email will be sent confirming your item is being shipped with tracking number. Repair times will vary due to the complexity and type of device.

13″ MacBook Pro Airport Card (Late 2013)
If you are having trouble connecting to wireless networks on your laptop, the Airport Card needs to be replaced. A certified technician will replace your Airport Network card, so you’ll be up and running on a wireless network in no time.
Please note, network connectivity issues may not necessarily be the result of a defective Airport Network card. If another component is responsible for your wireless symptoms, a technician will contact you before proceeding with repair.
