OK, here’s how this works.
Once we receive your device, we will send a notification of receipt email. After some administrative processing, you will receive another email from your personal technician who is handling the repair. There may be some additional emails or phone calls to ensure we are communicating the needs of your repair and meeting your expectations. Upon completion a final email will be sent confirming your item is being shipped with tracking number. Repair times will vary due to the complexity and type of device.

Sometimes you just need more storage. The service includes installation of the new hard drive, transfer of your data and applications, and return of your old drive to you to use as an external drive, or keep as a backup!
Please BACKUP your data! We DO NOT guarantee the data transfer, and iResQ takes no responsibility for your data. If your data is corrupted or otherwise unable to be transferred via our normal process, you will be contacted to inform you of the issue. This is especially true for customers that have problematic drives or corrupted software that we cannot resolve upon receipt. In these instances, the new drive that we install will have a clean copy of your current Operating System installed.
