New fifth generation iPad rumored to launch in March

How-to Repairs

Technological advancement moves quickly in modern times, and it appears to even be accelerating. A recent report from Japanese blog Macotakara has reported that a redesigned fifth generation iPad could be hitting stores in March 2013. The blog detailed that its inside source indicated the new iPad will be similar to the iPad mini in its design details, thinner than previous models and more lightweight, too.

MacRumors reported that Apple released its fourth generation iPad less than two months ago, which would mean that if this rumor is true, Apple will have put out two iPad models in a five month period. MacRumors cited a previous DigiTimes report that indicated the next generation iPad could be expected to appear in mid-2013, making the potential March release even more ambitious of Apple. Apple's new iPads have been traditionally released in the first couple months of the year.

MacRumors also suggested that Macotakara's information could be credible, as the blog has historically been a source of accurate information, effectively predicting the design of 2012's iPod Nano and iPod touch.

As you're rushing to keep up with technological advances, iResQ's iPad repair services could be good to keep in mind if you go a little too fast and your device suffers a fall.
