About the Laptop Loaner Program

The Laptop Loaner Program provides enrolled students with access to a temporary replacement laptop (Apple or Windows) if their personal device becomes inoperable and requires repair. This program ensures students can stay connected and productive during the repair period.

For a one-time annual enrollment fee of $35 (if enrolled by September 12, 2025), students are guaranteed access to a loaner device for the full duration of their repair. If enrollment occurs after September 12, the fee increases to $70. The loaner device must be returned within three (3) business days after notification that the student’s personal laptop is ready for pickup.

Accidental or intentional damage to the loaner device may result in repair charges. Lost or stolen devices will incur a $500 replacement fee.
