YOUR COMMAND CENTER FOR DEVICE MANAGEMENT AND REPAIRS

iResQ Central puts you in full control of your device repair process. Submitting repairs is fast and simple. With just a few clicks, your devices are in the queue and on their way to being fixed. The portal eliminates the need for spreadsheets, emails, and manual tracking. Our portal also offers the option to assign devices to students or staff, manage inventory, view detailed repair history and costs, and track every repair in real time. Whether you are supporting one school or an entire district, iResQ Central keeps everything organized and accessible. It makes your job easier, saves time, and improves efficiency throughout the entire process.

Uploading Devices into the iResQ Central Portal

Organizations have the option to either upload their entire device fleet into iResQ Central or submit repairs individually as needed. While both methods are supported, uploading the full fleet is recommended to simplify future repair submissions and make it easier to reference multiple devices at once. Our team will assist with the fleet upload to ensure your account is fully set up and ready for use.

Input Broken Device Information
Open the Repair Tab, enter device information, list the issues, provide passcodes, request boxes (if necessary), print labels, and submit repair. After submission, the device begins its journey in iResQ Central.
iResQ Receives Devices
Upon arrival at iResQ, devices are entered into our software and an automated email is generated and the status updated in the portal indicating devices have started the repair process.
Technicians Diagnose and Provide Quote
The technician will provide an initial FREE diagnosis with the issue and parts to be replaced with the quote sent in an email, but also visible in the iResQ Central portal in the Repair Description.
Approve or Decline Repair
After receiving the quote in the email, either click the link or use the iResQ Central portal to Approve or Decline the repair. Some organizations predetermine cost levels to avoid making decisions on each repair.
Technicians Repair Device
Once approved our certified techs repair the device and use a 15-point quality check prior to transferring to the Quality Control department that has the final say if a device leaves our facility.
iResQ Ships Device
The devices are shipped with all administrative paperwork required by the organization. Once sealed and label applied an email will be generated to the organization with tracking number and tracked in the iResQ Central portal.
