iPad repair FAQs

Where can I fix my iPad?
At iResQ! We offer repair and replacement services for most generations of iPads. You can start your repair here.

How long does it take to repair an iPad screen?
It depends on the complexity of the repair. But, we do offer overnight turnaround times if and when you need it!

Can iPad batteries be replaced?
Yes. If your iPad battery isn’t charging or holding a charge properly, you can have it replaced. It’s a pretty technical process with a lot of wiring and interior parts, so we recommend sending it to a professional iPad repair shop like us.

How long do iPads last?
3-5 years, on average. This really depends on how well you take care of your device and how often you use it though. If you start noticing that it’s not working properly before that 3-year mark, you might need to send it in for a tune-up.
