iResQ Return Material Request (RMA) Form

RMA Options

In the unlikely event that you need to send an item back to us under warranty or for a refund, you must fill out this form and obtain an RMA number. We will not accept returns without an RMA issued! You may only select one type of RMA (1. Refund or 2. Exchange) per RMA request. For example, if you have one item you wish to return for a refund and another item from the same order that you wish to return for a exchange, you will need to submit two separate RMA requests.

1. Refund - "I'd like to return my item for a refund!"

No problem! An RMA Refund is a request for a refund of the purchase price of an item. If you want a refund on an item that you purchased within the last 30 days from iResQ, you can select "I'd like to return my item for a refund!" below.

  • You can return any product within 30 Days of receipt for a full refund (shipping and/or labor charges are not included) as long as the item is in it's original condition and includes all original documentation and packaging if possible. If we find that an item is damaged, mis-installed, or altered in any way, you may not be eligible for a refund.
  • In all refund cases we do not refund shipping charges.
  • We do not charge any restocking fees.
