iPhone RMA Process

  1. Customer completes an RMA Request Form
  2. The RMA Request is sent to the iPhone division manager
  3. The manager approves or denies the RMA request. (Note: If the request is denied, you will be given a detailed explanation as to why)
  4. Upon approval, the customer will be emailed an RMA Request Approval Confirmation as well as a free printable UPS Overnight Shipping Label
  5. The iPhone is shipped to iResQ by the customer via the provided email label
  6. Our technicians will examine the iPhone and proceed with any repair under warranty
