Yes, we've gone through a few name changes. iResQ is our new, all-encompassing brand that is a culmination of years of hard work and consolidation. MacResQ, iPodResQ, InkResQ, PowerBookResQ, PowerMacResQ, and MacBookResQ are all represented here under our new name that will capture the market for all of the services we provide. iResQ is made up of people just like yourself- people who love their iPods, MacBooks and other Mac products. While the company President was searching for a better way to provide service and offer desirable accessories and parts, iResQ was born. We believe that we have found a better way to upgrade, repair and maintain your iPod, iPhone, Portable or Desktop Mac.

iResQ customers get overwhelming value by having their iPod, iPhone, Portable or Desktop Mac repaired by our professionally trained staff. Each technician is fully trained and many of them tout years of experience with Apple Certifications. We've repaired thousands of units in our 15,000 square foot facility, and since 1994 have pioneered many new processes and services to ensure efficient and worry free repairs. Our staff is as passionate about the products we repair as we are about providing exceptional service to our customers.
