You'll find a pre-paid return label enclosed to deliver your unit back into our Kansas City facility. We repair your item, then send it back to you repaired, once again, via the delivery method you choose. Alternatively, you can choose to receive an instant e-mail label to send your product to us. This is handy if you already have a box or packaging and you just want to get it into us as quickly as possible, rather than waiting on a box to arrive.
