Support for NEW Products

We are happy to help troubleshoot problems for any product we sell. However, if a new item is defective or fails within the warranty period, it must be warranted through the manufacturer. Please see your invoice for the specific warranty information for the product(s) you purchased.

Support for REFURBISHED Products

All iResQ Refurbished products include warranty coverage, generally 30-90 days. Please see your invoice for the specific warranty information for the product(s) you purchased. If you have trouble with a refurbished product you purchased from us, please email support@iresq.com for technical support. Refurbished equipment generally does not include product manuals. Manuals for most Apple products are available at Apple's web site.
