Shipping

iResQ provides mail in repairs for a wide variety of Apple and Android devices across the entire United States. We offer overnight and ground shipping via FedEx at a discounted rate in addition to USPS shipping. We specialize in repairing your devices and shipping them back to you so you have as little downtime without your device as possible. We ship orders within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri) via FedEx or USPS only at our discretion. We do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or major U.S. holidays. We cannot ship to P.O. (Post Office), A.P.O. (Military), or F.P.O. (Foreign) Boxes unless otherwise pre-arranged, but we may add this option in the future. Overnight shipping, our most popular method, will be received the next business day after it is shipped.

Ground shipping takes 1-5 days depending on location. See the time in transit map below.

Shipping and insurance charges are based on distance, weight, box dimensions, and product price.

The majority or our repair services offer 3-way shipping, Overnight or Ground, depending on the method you choose. No additional shipping charges will be incurred for US customers.

It is best to provide an email address when you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number and a receipt once your order has shipped. If you need assistance with tracking numbers, please email shipping@iresq.com.

Shipping Methods

  1. I'll pack and ship it on my own (USPS First Class return)
    Ship your iPod or iPhone to our facility using your carrier of choice*. We then return the repaired product to you via USPS First Class Mail.
    *Please note that USPS does not deliver on federal holidays and the tracking on USPS shipments are inferior to that of FedEx.

  2. Self Ship with FedEx Ground Return
    Ship your iPod, iPhone, Smartphone, or Macintosh Computer to our facility using your carrier of choice*. We then return the repaired product to you via FedEx Ground.

  3. Self Ship with FedEx Overnight Return
    Ship your iPod, iPhone, Smartphone, or Macintosh Computer to our facility using your carrier of choice*. We then return the repaired product to you via FedEx Overnight.

  4. Two-Way Prepaid with FedEx Ground Return
    With this service, we dispatch you a FedEx Ground Email Label that you will use to ship your iPod, iPhone, Smartphone, or Macintosh Computer to our facility. We then ship the repaired product back to you via FedEx Ground.

  5. Two-Way Prepaid with FedEx Overnight Return
    With this service, we dispatch you a FedEx Overnight Email Label that you will use to ship your iPod, iPhone, Smartphone, or Macintosh Computer to our facility. We then ship the repaired product back to you via FedEx Overnight.

  6. Send me a box! (Three Way FedEx Ground Shipping)
    Upon placing an order, we will ship you a box with a FedEx Return Service Ground Label to send in your iPod, iPhone, Smartphone, or Macintosh Computer to our facility. We then ship the repaired product back to you via FedEx Ground.

  7. Send me a box! (Three Way FedEx Overnight Shipping)
    Upon placing an order, we will ship you a box with a FedEx Return Service Overnight Label to send in your iPod, iPhone, Smartphone, or Macintosh Computer to our facility. We then ship the repaired product back to you via FedEx Overnight.

All of our shipments are fully insured*, so rest assured your iPod, iPhone, Smartphone, or Macintosh Computer are in safe hands throughout the entire process!

(*We do not provide insurance on self ship options coming in to our facility. With the self ship options, we recommend you provide you own insurance with the carrier you decide to use)

Signature Required Upon Delivery

To ensure safe delivery back to the customer, iResQ ships out all products with a signature required upon delivery. In some cases, the customer has the option during the checkout process to waive the signature requirement (see image below):

If the signature is waived, the customer is then responsible for the safe delivery of their product. Additionally, FedEx and iResQ are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged products if the required signature is waived. iResQ reserves the right to ship all laptops, desktops, and iPads with the signature required upon delivery due to the high value of these items.
