Walk-In Service

At this time, we are accepting walk-in service. You may stop by our facility during business hours to drop off your PowerBook, iBook, MacBook, MacBook Pro or iPod for a diagnostic.

We do not perform repairs while you wait, however we will call you with a diagnosis within 24 hours of receipt and give you a complete quote for repair. There is a $79 diagnosis fee for all Portable Computers and a $15 diagnosis fee for iPods and iPhones. We're sorry, but at this time we do not repair the iPod Shuffle model.
