iPodResQ Announces Upgraded iPod Services
Olathe, KS (PRWEB) April 23, 2005 -- The price for the service will remain at $29,
but customers sending in (2) iPods for repair will not be charged an additional fee for the extra iPod.
This service includes a custom iBox sent to the customer's location in the continental U.S. via overnight service to pickup the iPod(s)
for overnight delivery back to the iPodResQ service center. iPodResQ will receive the unit(s), contact the customer with a repair quote
within 24-hours, and return the unit(s) back to the customer overnight. To get started, customers simply call 1-877-Pod-Repair or visit
www.ipodresq.com. For customers in Alaska, Hawaii, or any other international location the service is provided at a nominal additional
cost to cover additional shipping expenses.
"We're constantly receiving requests from our customers that have multiple iPods in the household (as well as dealers and resellers)
to send in (2) iPods at a time for diagnosis and repair or battery replacements. We've responded by re-designing our exclusive iBox
packaging to allow up to (2) iPods to be sent under our $29 service at no additional charge, and you can think of it as a "Friends Fly Free"
program for iPods. Likewise, we still offer our complete same-day battery upgrades for $79 on a single iPod, but now we have a new option
to send in (2) iPods for battery upgrades for $119. This represents a $40 savings to our customers," said Ryan Arter, President of MacResQ.
