How to Order

Simply search for the items you want to buy, and then add them to your shopping cart! Our server is secure and we respect your privacy.

PaymentPayment can be made by any of the following methods:
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover
Unlike many of our competitors, we do NOT charge a credit card surcharge. All credit cards are verified with the issuing bank. We can only ship orders to the billing address of your credit card unless we receive written authorization to ship elsewhere. If your billing or shipping address is outside the United States, we will need the credit card holder's signature on file. We accept PayPal payments at time of checkout.
- Cashier's Check or Money Order.
All payments must be made in U.S. funds. *Note, we only accept this form of payment for local/walk-in orders.
- Purchase Orders
We gladly accept purchase orders from educational institutions and government entities. All purchase orders must be approved prior to shipment. To request a credit application, please email email@example.com.
- Sales tax is only charged on orders shipped to Kansas (Olathe rate).
We ship orders within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri) via FedEx or USPS only at our discretion. We do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or major U.S. holidays. FedEx does not ship to P.O. (Post Office), A.P.O. (Military), or F.P.O. (Foreign) Boxes, so customers who require these addresses will experience a shipping delay. Overnight shipping, our most popular method, will be received the next business day after it is shipped. Ground shipping takes 1-5 days depending on location.
Shipping and insurance charges are based on distance, weight, box dimensions, and product price.
The majority or our repair services include 3-way shipping, Overnight or Ground, depending on the method you choose. No additional shipping charges will be incurred fo US customers.
It is best to provide an email address when you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number and a receipt once your order has shipped. If you need assistance with tracking numbers, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.

We want you to be happy with your iResQ order. Please work with our Sales and Support representatives to make sure the product or service you buy is correct for your needs.
You may return most items within 30 days of shipment for a full refund. There are no returns after 30 days. Some items are not eligible for return. Check the individual product's return policy for more information. Please read our complete Return Policy.
