How to Order

For your convenience, you may place an order with us on our secure server, or via phone, or e-mail. Please read these policies and our Terms, Conditions & Trademarks before placing your order.

How to Order

  1. Secure Server
    Simply search for the items you want to buy, and then add them to your shopping cart! Our server is secure and we respect your privacy.

  2. Phone
    Call 1-888-447-3728 and ask for Sales. Our friendly sales representatives are available Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Central.

  3. E-Mail
    You can e-mail us at sales@iresq.com. Our friendly sales representatives are available Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Central.

Payment

Payment can be made by any of the following methods:
  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover
    Unlike many of our competitors, we do NOT charge a credit card surcharge. All credit cards are verified with the issuing bank. We can only ship orders to the billing address of your credit card unless we receive written authorization to ship elsewhere. If your billing or shipping address is outside the United States, we will need the credit card holder's signature on file. For assistance with credit card payments, please email sales@iresq.com.

  • PayPal
    We accept PayPal payments at time of checkout.

  • Cashier's Check, Money Order, or Wire Transfer All payments must be made in U.S. funds. There is a $25 wire transfer fee. If you would like to make a wire transfer, please email sales@iresq.com.

  • Purchase Orders
    We gladly accept purchase orders from educational institutions and government entities. All purchase orders must be approved prior to shipment. To request a credit application, please email sales@iresq.com.

  • Sales tax is only charged on orders shipped to Kansas (7.525%).

Shipping

We ship orders within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri) via FedEx or DHL only at our discretion. We do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or major U.S. holidays. We cannot ship to P.O. (Post Office), A.P.O. (Military), or F.P.O. (Foreign) Boxes unless otherwise pre-arranged, but we may add this option in the future. Overnight shipping, our most popular method, will be received the next business day after it is shipped. Ground shipping takes 1-5 days depending on location. For an estimate of your DHL ground delivery time, check the Ground Delivery Transit Map.

Shipping and insurance charges are based on distance, weight, box dimensions, and product price. International shipping starts around $45 (Canada/Mexico $24). Please contact us for an exact shipping quote. Customs, duties and taxes involved with shipping outside the United States are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

The majority or our repair services include 3-way shipping, Overnight or Ground, depending on the method you choose. No additional shipping charges will be incurred fo US customers.

It is best to provide an email address when you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number and a receipt once your order has shipped. If you need assistance with tracking numbers, please email shipping@iresq.com.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your iResQ order. Please work with our Sales and Support representatives to make sure the product or service you buy is correct for your needs.

You may return most items within 30 days of shipment for a full refund. There are no returns after 30 days. Some items are not eligible for return. Check the individual product's return policy for more information. Please read our complete Return Policy.

Warranties

Products sold as NEW are warrantied by the manufacturer. Warranty service for Apple products can be provided by any Apple Authorized Service Provider (click to find one near you). Products sold as REFURBISHED generally have a 30-90 day iResQ warranty. Please read our complete Warranty Information.
