1. Once the order has been made and we receive your Notebook, we perform an extensive diagnosis to figure out exactly what is wrong with your computer.

2. After we diagnose the Notebook, we will contact you with a repair quote within 24 hours of receipt during the business week.

3. If you approve the repair, we fix your Notebook and ship it back to you. Should you decline repair after diagnosis, we will ship back your notebook with whatever method of shipping you chose for your initial order. We are also happy to recycle your notebook for you at no additional charge.
