Description: Come and work with the #1 independent iPhone repair center in the world! ResQ Systems, LLC home of iResQ, has been in business since 1994 with a 100% customer satisfaction mentality. We perform 1,000's of repairs each month and we are looking to fill a very desirable technician position. 2 weeks vacation paid after the first year of employment, paid holidays, paid sick days, medical, dental and life insurance are all included. Retirement plan also available with 3% company match. Our business is growing rapidly, and we are looking for the right candidate to start today! We are open 8-5 Monday through Friday, no weekend work required.

Perform iPhone repairs per our 24-hour program as required. Fast-paced, high-demand, fun environment.

Duties:

*	Receive daily incoming repairs.
*	Perform diagnosis on incoming repairs.
*	Keeps customers informed by explaining repairs underway.
*	Keeps customers informed of repair charges.
*	Performs repairs and/or upgrades per customer request or requirement.
*	Maintains safe and secure work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
*	Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
*	Have fun while maintaining focus at tasks on hand, and have the ability to work unsupervised for several hours throughout the day.

This is a position with room for growth. Prior general Apple Computer experience or Electronic Repair Experience preferred and we are looking for a Mac enthusiast. Mechanical ability a must with strong people skills and you must be able to work with a deadline, multitask, and take pride in everything you do.
