You can send up to 2 items per box (think of it as a "Friends Fly Free" program!) There are over 190 different combinations of iPods, iPhones and accessories that you can place in the iBox, providing you the abilitiy to customize your very own iBox. Have a Generation 1 iPod and an iPod nano? What about a iPod Photo and the your new iPhone? How about your iPod Video and USB Cable?

We designed this box so that you, the customer, can feel free to send what you need to provide us with as much information as possible. Your items are held securely with strength-tested foam padding that will prevent any mechanical or cosmetic damage, and the box includes a strip of "peel and seal" 3M tape to ensure your item(s) stay safe on the trip to our lab. Once your repair is complete, you get to keep the iBox for future use.
