Ship your product to our facility using your carrier of choice. You are responsible for shipping the item to us and paying for insurance and tracking. We then return the repaired product to you via USPS First Class. The final shipment to you will be fully insured by iResQ and trackable. Deliveries to residential addresses in 3 to 7 business days, depending on shipping distance. Delivery to some remote addresses may take up to 2 additional business days. Available only to the 48 continental states.

For customers in our Kansas City area, please drop off and pick up your item at our repair center. There is no shipping involved in this service.

Upon placing an order, we will ship you a box via overnight service. Inside that box will be a UPS Return Service Overnight Label to send in your product to our facility. We then ship the repaired product back to you via UPS Overnight. All shipments are fully insured by iResQ and trackable.
