Apple iPod Repair Technician
Description: Come and work with the #1 independent iPod repair center in the world! ResQ Systems, LLC home of iResQ, has been in business since 1994 with a 100% customer satisfaction mentality. We perform 1,000's of repairs each month and we are looking to fill a very desirable technician position. 2 weeks vacation paid after the first year of employment, paid holidays, paid sick days, medical, dental and life insurance are all included. Retirement plan also available with 3% company match. Our business is growing rapidly, and we are looking for the right candidate to start today! We are open 8-5 Monday through Friday, no weekend work required.
Perform iPod repairs per our 24-hour program as required. Fast-paced, high-demand, fun environment.
Duties:
| * | Receive daily incoming repairs. |
| * | Perform diagnosis on incoming repairs. |
| * | Keeps customers informed by explaining repairs underway. |
| * | Keeps customers informed of repair charges. |
| * | Performs repairs and/or upgrades per customer request or requirement. |
| * | Maintains safe and secure work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations. |
| * | Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. |
| * | Have fun while maintaining focus at tasks on hand, and have the ability to work unsupervised for several hours throughout the day. |

This is a position with room for growth. Prior general Apple Computer experience or Electronic Repair Experience preferred and we are looking for a Mac enthusiast. Mechanical ability a must with strong people skills and you must be able to work with a deadline, multitask, and take pride in everything you do.

We perform 1,000's of repairs each month and we are looking to fill a very desirable Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative position. 2 weeks vacation paid after the first year of employment, paid holidays, paid sick days, medical, dental and life insurance are all included. Retirement plan also available with 3% company match. Our business is growing rapidly, and we are looking for the right candidate to start today! We are open 8-5 Monday through Friday, no weekend work required.
The Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative position works within the iResQ Sales Team and reports directly to the company President. Fast-paced, high-demand, fun environment.
Duties:
| * | Customer Service, Customer Service, Customer Service! We pride ourselves on putting the customer first! |
| * | Answer incoming customer calls within the sales queue. No cold calling required! |
| * | Assess customer needs and "sell" the appropriate services. |
| * | Work directly with the technical group to help keep customers informed by explaining repairs underway. |
| * | Keeps customers informed of repair charges, and sell repairs as needed! |
| * | Monitor web orders and process credit card payments. |
| * | Maintains safe and secure work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations. |
