We believe that we have found a better way to upgrade, repair and maintain your iPod, iPhone, iPad, Mac Laptop (MacBook, PowerBook, iBook) or Desktop Mac. iResQ is a DBA of ResQ Systems, LLC, an Internet-based company founded in 1994 and located in Olathe, Kansas. iResQ diagnoses and repairs a wide range of Apple products—from desktop computers to the iPod and iPhone and recently we began offering repair services for the Apple iPad and the Sony PSP. We also sell some accessories and parts in addition to our repair and upgrade services. About 95% of our business is conducted online to customers all over the United States. We also provide walk-in service for customers in the Kansas City area.Didn't you used to be iPodResQ and PowerBookResQ?
Yes, we've gone through a few name changes. The name iResQ took over in 2007 as our all-encompassing brand that is a culmination of years of hard work and consolidation. MacResQ, iPodResQ, InkResQ, PowerBookResQ, PowerMacResQ, and MacBookResQ are all represented here under the name iResQ that has captured the market for all of the Apple repair services we provide.
What We Do
iResQ provides repair service for the entire line of iPod, iPhone, iPad, Notebook Mac, and Apple Mac desktop systems (Mac Mini) systems. This includes the MacBook, MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, iBook, Aluminum PowerBook, and iPad systems. We have also added support for Mac Mini's and Apple desktops per customer demand!
Not only do we perform these valuable services, we'll send you the appropriate packaging overnight if you choose- yes, you'll receive it tomorrow via UPS (if you choose overnight service)! You'll find a pre-paid return label enclosed to deliver your unit back into our Kansas City facility. We repair your item, then send it back to you repaired, once again, via the delivery method you choose. Alternatively, you can choose to receive an instant e-mail label to send your product to us. This is handy if you already have a box or packaging and you just want to get it into us as quickly as possible, rather than waiting on a box to arrive. Take out your map of the USA and stick a pin in the middle. See us there? We're actually a little east of the middle, in Kansas City. You can't shock us with any more Dorothy jokes, and no we haven't seen Toto. What we have done is strategically placed ourselves in the middle of the country to better assist you, our customers.
Since our business mainly consists of mail-order services, we were able to obtain astounding shipping rates that we pass on to our customers. Our location, coupled with our large volumes of shipping allows us to move hundreds of units every day to and from our central location of Kansas City with great efficiency.
